The Dachshund is not a small dog.

They are a large dog in a long, low package: fearless badger hunters with the heart of a lion, the comedy timing of a stand-up comic, and the loyalty of a shadow. They dig like it’s their job (because it once was), love harder than any breed we know, and rule every house they enter with velvet paws and iron will. They are also the only breed where one careless jump or one skipped health test can mean a lifetime in a cart.

That combination (hilarious, bold, and medically fragile) is exactly why they deserve specialists, not generalists. Why they need people who lose sleep over spine X-rays, who hand-strip wires instead of clipping, who know that “sit” on a 12-inch platform is safer than “sit” on the floor. This breed stole our hearts 15 years ago and never gave them back. About Us

We’re a small, family team that hasn’t owned “just a dog” since 2009. Every couch, every schedule, every vacation plan revolves around the sausage dogs asleep on them right now. We train with food, patience, and zero force because that’s the only language Dachshunds respect.

We groom on tables most salons would call “doll-house height” because lifting a Doxie is never okay.
We breed rarely, obsessively, and only when the health testing lines up perfectly, then raise puppies in our living room with the TV on, kids running past, and vacuum desensitization at week four. No employees who “like dogs.”
No kennel buildings, No volume litters.
