2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Every puppy is guaranteed against life-threatening hereditary conditions (including those covered by Embark DNA testing and severe disc disease caused by genetic calcification) for the first two full years.
If the unthinkable happens and two independent veterinarians confirm a covered condition, we will either cover documented treatment costs or provide a replacement puppy from a future litter — whichever brings you peace of mind.
Lifetime Return Policy – No Dog Ever Left Behind
Any dog born here can come home to us at any age, for any reason, no questions asked.
Health crisis, life change, or simply “it’s not working” — we will personally arrange transport and welcome them with open arms.
One of our dogs will never see the inside of a shelter. Ever.
Delivery Done the Safe, Personal Way
We never ship puppies in cargo.
You can pick up in person (we love porch hugs), meet us halfway, or we’ll arrange in-cabin flight or trusted ground transport with nannies we’ve used for years.
